Exhibit Booth Information
We have 28 exhibit booths available at NRRA's Recycling Conference & Expo, which will be held on Monday and Tuesday, May 22 & 23 in Concord, NH. Reserve your space early!
The Exhibit Hall is located in the Grappone Conference Center.
The Standard Booth fee for 2023 is $1,100, which includes two conference attendee registrations, your company logo and URL displayed on the NRRA website, and additional opportunities to increase your visibility and promote your business. Any additional attendees will have to register separately.
All booths are 6’ x 10’ . Booths are draped and include a table, 2 chairs, a standard sign and internet access. Two two-day conference registrations, which include breakfast and lunch, are provided with each booth.
Please indicate booth preference by number on the Sponsor & Exhibitor Registration Form.
Booths will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
- PREMIUM Exhibitor booths are reserved on a first-come basis for Diamond and Platinum Sponsors ONLY.
- PRIME Exhibitor booths are reserved on a first-come basis for Gold Sponsors ONLY.
- STANDARD booths are reserved on a first-come basis for Silver Sponsors and Non-Sponsor Exhibitors.
Exhibitors may set up their booths on Sunday, May 21st between 5pm-8pm or on Monday, May 22nd between 7am-8am. Booths CANNOT be broken down until 4 pm on Tuesday, May 23rd.
