Finance & Human Resource Coordinator 

About the Organization: The Northeast Resource Recovery Association (NRRA) is the oldest and largest cooperative-model recycling nonprofit in the United States. NRRA partners with over 450 municipalities, businesses, and individuals throughout New England to make recycling strong through economic and environmentally sound solutions. As one of only a handful of nonprofits in the country that enables communities to manage their own recycling programs by connecting them with end markets for recyclables, NRRA supports small, rural communities across New England. Founded in 1981, NRRA has a deep expertise in the recycling markets, and in partnership with our members, we share that information through education, technical assistance, and cooperative marketing. 

About the Position: The Finance & Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Finance Department in completing transactions related to NRRA’s cooperative marketing programs as well as assisting with accounts receivable functions, bank deposits, maintaining vendor information, filing, and human resource tasks. The successful candidate will possess a degree, an accounting background, and a minimum of two years of related experience (OR any equivalent combination of experience and education that demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills and abilities), have excellent customer service skills, and support NRRA’s mission to partner with communities to make recycling strong through economic and environmentally sound solutions. 

Office Requirements: This is a full-time position based at NRRA headquarters in Epsom, NH with the option for remote work at times.

Salary Range: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour ($45,760 to $58,240 annually)
